Q: When will I receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 3–5 business days after your purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Q: Why are there no returns, refunds, or exchanges on mystery boxes?
Because Unbox Your Glow mystery boxes are sealed surprises, the contents cannot be returned once opened. All items are sourced from trusted suppliers and inspected for quality, but part of the experience is not knowing exactly what you’ll receive until you unbox it. All mystery box sales are final.
Q: Are the items new or used?
All items are brand new and unused. Some products may arrive open-box or without original tags or outer packaging, but you will never receive anything worn, used, broken, or non-functional. Every item is inspected before being packed.
Q: Are the beauty items safe? What about skin sensitivities?
Yes. We source all products from legitimate overstock, authorized distributors, and returns. Items are in excellent condition and safe to use. Because skin sensitivities vary from person to person, we always recommend patch testing new skincare or makeup products before full use.
Q: What if something arrives damaged or defective?
If an item arrives damaged or clearly non-functional, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement (when available) or store credit.
Q: What will be inside my mystery box?
Each Unbox Your Glow box is curated based on the type you select and may include beauty products, Funko Pops, Rae Dunn décor, clothing items, or collectible surprises. The exact contents are always a surprise — that’s part of the fun!
Q: How do you source your items?
We are a family-owned small business that started in reselling and fell in love with the joy of unboxing. We source items from legitimate channels including overstock inventory, authorized distributors, and returns. Every item is hand-picked and inspected before being packed.
Q: Can I buy mystery boxes as gifts or for resale?
Absolutely! Our mystery boxes make fantastic gifts for birthdays and holidays. Many customers also purchase them to build resale inventory. Whether buying for yourself or others, our goal is to deliver excitement, value, and joy.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only. We are exploring international shipping options and will share updates when available.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and follow best practices to protect your information. We never store full payment details.
